VALUE PROPERTIES

Valuations of your valuables may be required for various reasons. The value depends on the reason for the appraisal.

INJURY

To get compensation for damage to objects of value, your insurance company requires a written appraisal report. The write-down is based on the value before and after the incident.

INSURANCE

The amount required to obtain an object of equivalent type, quality, condition and age.

SALE

Value of the property when it is sold on the market, based on the current market value.

DISTRIBUTION

To prevent a conflict situation, an appraisal can provide a definite answer, for example in the event of a divorce or inheritance. The value is based on the sales value.

SUCCESSION

The inheritance value of objects determines the amount of the tax assessment for an inheritance.

Is it Art or Kitsch?

Are you curious about the value of your object(s)?  Then first have an oral valuation carried out. This way you limit costs. If it then turns out that it is worthwhile to have the value of your object(s) recorded in writing, then  you can still choose to have an appraisal report drawn up at that time. -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

Oral Appraisal
Quick Scan

To estimate whether it is worth incurring costs for an appraisal, you can use the option of an oral appraisal at a friendly rate: Quick Scan.

An oral appraisal offers you the opportunity to get an indication of the value of your object.

The rate is minimal so that you don't have unnecessary incurs costs.

If it turns out that your object represents a considerable value, you can choose to have an appraisal report made.

Written appraisal
Appraisal report

Insurance companies and other official bodies require an official valuation report of your valuable object(s).

A report can also be for private use.

Recording of values prevents mutual conflicts in the event of divorce or inheritance, even in the case of a harmonious division.

The value stated in the report depends on the reason for the valuation.

If it concerns a few objects that are easy to transport, you can of course also have an appraisal carried out at our location in Oirschot.

TIP

SALES MEDIATION
I am often asked if I also want to purchase the object after an appraisal.
Of course that doesn't suit me, as an appraiser I am independent.
Due to my extensive network, however, I can mediate in a sale.
